USER AGREEMENT
GENERAL PROVISIONS
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) refers to the Zubok CRM website located at - https://zubok-crm.com , and to all third-party sites and services associated with this Internet platform.

Website https://zubok-crm.com (hereinafter - the Site) is the property of the enterprise FLP Panurov Yuri Viktorovich, IBAN UA573220010000026005310059105, USRPOW 2968416517. This Agreement regulates the relations between the Administration of the Zubok CRM website located at - https://zubok-crm.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration) and the User of this Site.
The Site Administration reserves the right to change, add or remove clauses of this Agreement at any time without notifying the User.
Continued use of the Site by the User means acceptance of the Agreement and the changes made to this Agreement.
The User is personally responsible for checking this Agreement for changes in it.

DEFINITIONS OF TERMS
The terms listed below have the following meaning for the purposes of this Agreement:
Zubok CRM is an Internet platform located on a domain name zubok-crm.com, which carries out its activities through an Internet site and related services.
The administration of the website of the Internet Platform is employees authorized to manage the Website, acting on behalf of this organization.
The user of the Internet Platform website (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website.
The content of the website (hereinafter referred to as the Content) is the protected results of intellectual activity.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User with an Internet platform to access the information contained on the Site and the services provided.
The Internet platform provides the User with the following types of services:
access to electronic content on a free and paid basis, with the right to provide or consume IT services;
access to website navigation;
providing the User with the possibility of requests for IT services;
access to information about IT services;
other types of services (services) implemented on the pages of the website.
All currently existing (actually functioning) services (services) are subject to this Agreement The website, as well as any subsequent modifications and additional services appearing in the future The Internet site.
Access to the website is provided free of charge.
This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Site, the User is considered to have joined this Agreement.
The use of the materials and services of the Site is regulated by the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
The site administration has the right to:
To change the terms of use of the Site, as well as to change the content of this Site. The changes come into force from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published on the Website.
Restrict access to the Site if the User violates the terms of this Agreement.
The User has the right to:

Use all the services available on the Site.
Ask any questions related to the services of the website.
Use the Site exclusively for the purposes and in the manner provided for by the Agreement and not prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine.
The Site User undertakes to:
Provide, upon request of the Site Administration, additional information that is directly related to the services provided by this Site.
Observe the property and non-property rights of authors and other copyright holders when using the Site.
Do not take actions that may be considered as disrupting the normal operation of the Site.
Do not distribute using the Site any confidential and protected by the legislation of Ukraine on individuals or legal entities.
Avoid any actions as a result of which the confidentiality of information protected by the legislation of Ukraine may be violated.
Do not use the Site to distribute advertising information, except with the consent of the Site Administration.
Do not use the Site's services for the purpose of:
downloading content that is illegal, violates any rights of third parties; promotes violence, cruelty, hatred and (or) discrimination on racial, national, sexual, religious, social grounds; contains false information and (or) insults against specific individuals, organizations, authorities.
inducement to commit illegal actions, as well as assistance to persons whose actions are aimed at violating restrictions and prohibitions in force on the territory of Ukraine.
violations of the rights of minors and (or) harm to them in any form.
infringement of the rights of minorities.
presenting oneself as another person or a representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient rights, including for the employees of this website.
misleading about the properties and characteristics of any agreement between the Users of the Site posted on the Site.

The user is prohibited from:
Use any devices, programs, procedures, algorithms and methods, automatic devices or equivalent manual processes to access, purchase, copy or track the content of the Website of this Internet Platform;
Disrupt the proper functioning of the Site;
Bypass the navigation structure of the Site in any way to obtain or attempt to obtain any information, documents or materials by any means that are not specifically provided by the services of this Site;
Unauthorized access to the functions of the Site, any other systems or networks related to this Site, as well as to any services offered on the Site;
Violate the security or authentication system on the Site or on any network related to the Site.
Perform a reverse search, track or attempt to track any information about any other User of the Site.
To use the Website and its Content for any purposes prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine, as well as to incite any illegal activity or other activity that violates the rights of the Internet platform or other persons.

USE OF THE SITE
The Site and the Content included in the Site are owned and operated by the Site Administration.
The content of the Site may not be copied, published, reproduced, transmitted or distributed in any way, as well as posted on the global Internet without the prior written consent of the Site Administration.
The content of the Website is protected by copyright, trademark law, as well as other intellectual property rights and unfair competition law.
A training request offered on the Site may require the creation of a User account.
The User is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account information, including the password, as well as for all activities conducted on behalf of the Account User without exception.
The User must immediately notify the Site Administration of unauthorized use of his account or password or any other violation of the security system.
The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally cancel the User account if it was used in violation of the terms of this Agreement without notifying the User.
This Agreement applies to all additional terms and conditions for the provision of services provided on the Site.
The information posted on the Website should not be interpreted as a modification of this Agreement.
The Site administration has the right to make changes to the list of services offered on the Site at any time without notifying the User.

responsibility
Any losses that the User may incur in the event of intentional or negligent violation of any provision of this Agreement, as well as due to unauthorized access to the communications of another User, the Site Administration will not be reimbursed.
The site administration is not responsible for:
Delays or failures in the process of performing an operation that arose due to force majeure, as well as any case of malfunctions in telecommunications, computer, electrical and other related systems.
Proper functioning of the Site, if the User does not have the necessary technical means to use it, and also does not bear any obligations to provide users with such means.

VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF THE USER AGREEMENT
The Site Administration has the right to disclose any information collected about the User of this Site if disclosure is necessary in connection with an investigation or complaint regarding the misuse of the Site or to establish (identify) a User who may violate or interfere with the rights of the Site Administration or the rights of other Users of the Site.
The Site Administration has the right to disclose any information about the User that it deems necessary to comply with the provisions of current legislation or court decisions, to ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement, to protect the rights or security of the name of the organization, Users.
The site administration has the right to disclose information about the User if the current legislation of Ukraine requires or permits such disclosure.
The Site Administration has the right to terminate and/or block access to the Site without prior notice to the User if the User has violated this Agreement or the terms of use of the Site contained in other documents, as well as in the event of termination of the Site or due to a technical malfunction or problem.
